PRACTICE FOCUS

PRODUCTIVITY

Productivity is our forte

We will not engage in a project that will not yield the client at least a 2 to 1 return on the cost of the project in the first year.  In order to ensure that we can provide a two to one return on the cost of the project, we conduct a Preliminary Engineering Analysis or “PEA” at our own cost.  This Analysis lets us view your company operations and make sure that saving can be obtained.  At the conclusion of the PEA, we will present our finding including the saving from the project and the cost to measure, design and implement your new productivity system.  During the actual project, we will measure work and index it to the labor needed by day and by day of the week.

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

A key to efficiency is improving the Process

Our systems are designed with a unique blend of art and science.  We only employ staff with a depth of experience in business and with a super high level of creativity blended with incredible people skills.  The ability to see things in abstract and unique ways leads to many of your processes being not only streamlined but often re-invented.  The requirement of our staff to have incredible people skills owes itself to the fact that when “Productivity Folks” are coming in we know client staff members get apprehensive.  The good news is we work with your staff and because of our unique method moral actually skyrockets during and after our projects.

ACQUISITION EVALUATION

Finding the true cost of an acquisition is the name of the game.  Our clients when considering a purchase will often engage us to see what saving our systems could make on the potential acquisition.  Many times the news is good and profit potential is much greater than the books tell.  Sometimes we uncover a deal breaker…which is good too.

Finding the true cost...

SOFTWARE ANALYSIS

Just because IT thinks its good doesn’t make it so.  Tech guys are often drawn to shiny objects and this can skew their analysis.  We will often be asked to do an unbiased cost-benefit analysis on new software and systems.  We also have a depth of client experience to access when it comes to software, hardware, and processing providers.
